Michael N. Weinberger is an executive HR leader and culture transformation strategist, and VP of Human Resources at K2 Pure Solutions. He has spent more than two decades building the cultures and people systems that drive organizational performance across manufacturing, retail and multi-site organizations.

He began at Ghirardelli Chocolate Company, rising through HR roles over nearly fifteen years, creating the Academy of Fine Chocolates leadership program and negotiating multiple full cycles of union contracts. He then scaled Mission Rock Residential from 200 to more than 700 employees, led people strategy at See’s Candies, and directed a 60-day post-merger workforce integration at California Dairies. He holds a BSBA from The University of Southern Mississippi and is SHRM-SCP, SPHR and PHRca certified.
