Michael N. Weinberger's Story
Michael N. Weinberger built his career in people leadership from the ground up. He began at Ghirardelli Chocolate Company, where over nearly fifteen years he rose through progressive HR roles, created the flagship Academy of Fine Chocolates leadership program, negotiated multiple full cycles of union contracts, and represented the company in a U.S. Department of State compliance inspection with zero findings. Those early years taught him that culture and accountability are built, not declared.
From there, Michael took on broader executive challenges. He scaled Mission Rock Residential from 200 to more than 700 employees across multiple states, led people strategy at See’s Candies for a 500 million dollar enterprise, and directed a 60-day post-merger workforce integration at California Dairies that lifted engagement and modernized performance management. Today, as Vice President of Human Resources at K2 Pure Solutions, he continues to align talent, culture, and business growth. He holds a BSBA from The University of Southern Mississippi and senior credentials including SHRM-SCP, SPHR, and PHRca.
